Ys VIII looks better of course. Celceta was originally an early Vita game and isn't visually much better than Ys Seven on PSP. They improved a lot in that department between Celceta and VIII. I prefer the soundtrack of Ys IV/Celceta over Ys VIII, but they're both great.
